If you contact RoomSorted by email, we receive the information contained in your message and the contact details you use. We use that information to respond to your enquiry and manage the related correspondence.
Website and analytics data
RoomSorted may use first-party or privacy-conscious analytics to understand how the website is used, such as pages viewed and interactions with room-requirement features. Where non-essential cookies or similar technologies require consent, they should not be activated until the appropriate consent choice is available.
Early access and accounts
The current public site does not promise an active customer account or booking service. Before any early-access email collection or account feature is launched, this notice and the relevant consent wording will be updated to explain what is collected, why and for how long.
Travel providers
When RoomSorted later links to a travel provider, that provider will have its own privacy notice covering information collected on its website or during a booking.
