The customer problem
A good package can still have the wrong room.
A customer can find a resort they like at a suitable headline price, then discover that the included room does not have the features they want. A better room may be unavailable for their dates or may push the overall package beyond budget. The customer goes back to the results and starts again.
RoomSorted is being built to bring the room into package discovery earlier, so the available room, resort, dates and overall package price can be considered together.
Room-first discovery
Room requirements before the first search.
Holiday basics
Destination or region, departure airport, dates, guests and overall budget.
Room priorities
Customers classify room features as MUST or PREFER. A MUST only qualifies where reliable room-level information confirms it; PREFER requirements improve ranking.
Evidence and uncertainty
Unknown room information is not silently treated as a match. The matching model is designed to show uncertainty where room-level evidence is incomplete rather than manufacture confidence.
Provider hand-off
The customer continues to the relevant travel provider to confirm final details and complete the booking. The provider remains responsible for booking, payment and package fulfilment.
RoomSorted is currently in development. We do not present live operator inventory or claim commercial partnerships until suitable access has been agreed and validated.
What RoomSorted needs
Structured package data with reliable room identity.
For a commercial route to support the RoomSorted experience, we are looking to validate access to package inventory through a product feed, API or comparable structured source. The most useful data includes:
Hotel identity · bookable room type/name or ID · departure airport and date · duration · party/occupancy · board basis · current package price · availability/freshness · permitted room/hotel content and imagery · tracked deeplink.
Where possible, the hand-off should preserve the selected package and ideally the exact room so the customer can continue without rebuilding the search.
What a validation can offer
A focused test of room-first package discovery.
A controlled UK validation can test whether room requirements create a useful discovery signal, how customers express MUST and PREFER intent, whether available partner data supports reliable room matching, and whether qualified users can be handed to the provider in a trackable way.
Where sufficient genuine usage exists, RoomSorted can share anonymised findings on room-feature intent and the performance of the tested journey. No audience, booking or conversion figures are assumed in advance.
Initial acquisition
Focused on high-intent UK package-holiday discovery.
The initial route is Room Guides and room-search intent leading into Room Requirements, supported later by relevant content and social distribution and selective acquisition tests. RoomSorted does not manufacture audience figures, bookings or performance claims.
Next step
Start with data compatibility.
A short introductory call can establish whether the available feed, API or affiliate route can support the room-level evidence needed by RoomSorted. Where suitable, the next step would be a controlled UK technical and commercial validation.
